Geofabric Web Services

The Bureau requires Geofabric web services based on Open Geospatial Consortium open standards. These services will allow access to Geofabric products through a web link without the need for specialised software.
The Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed the Bureau considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:
a. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time (see paragraph 8.2.3);
b. Tenderer complies with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999;
c. Tenderer complies with clause 20 'Conflict of Interest' and clause 21 'Ethical Behaviour' of the Conditions of Tender.
The services are required over a period of 10 weeks, commencing on the date of execution.
