• Submission by closing date and in accordance with all other lodgement instructions;
• Provision of all the information required in the ATM;
• Evidence of all mandatory conditions for participation in the tender been included;
• Demonstrated ability to meet all mandatory conditions of tender and specifications; and
• The tenderer has the required level of insurances.
