Description:

Intelligent Decision Superiority (i-DS) is a program of work that, through automation and artificial intelligence, aims to improve the quality and speed of the processing, dissemination, exploitation, analysis, fusion and integration of ISR data and information to provide decision superiority to the ADO. The i-DS Research Network is an initiative under the Next Generation Technologies Fund that seeks to engage academia, industry and other government research agencies in research activities in multi-intelligence content analytics and cognitive fusion for the exploitation, analysis and fusion of diverse ISR data and information.

Other Instructions:

Proposals for up to 2.5 year research plans will be considered and successful proposals may be funded up to $100,000 in the first six months and up to $500,000 in subsequent years. Successful bidders will be contracted for 6 months with two 12 month extension options.

Conditions for Participation:

This opportunity is open, subject to security considerations, to registered Australian (and New Zealand) businesses and PFROs only.

Universities must be party to a Defence Science Partnering (DSP) Program.

Industry agreements shall be entered into under the Next Generation Technologies Fund Research Contract.
