Project 221 - Invitation to Register Interest – Medium Works Contract (Construct Only) – Blackrock Camp, Fiji
The aim of this project is to provide Republic of Fiji Military Force (RFMF) with infrastructure and facilities at Blackrock Camp to support capability.
The detailed summary of the Main Works includes:

Services Infrastructure including;

High Voltage power network;
-
Potable water main with secondary connection point;
-
Fire main with secondary connection point;
-
Sewer rising main; and
-
Communication pathways with commercial internet and phone connectivity.

Medical Facility (Level 1+ incorporating features of a Level 1 facility with the addition of Radiography, Resuscitation function, Pathology Laboratory and Dental Facility);

2 storey Living in Accommodation (LIA) - 2 blocks;
-
Training Shelter - 4 shelters;
-
Sports and Recreation Facilities including:

Standard Rugby Field; and
-
Combined Gym and Multi Court Facility.

Parade Ground;

Headquarters;

Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) Warehouse;

Q-Store (incorporating an Armoury);

POL and DG Store;

Vehicle Shelter;

UN School Facility;

Magazine Store;

Guard House and Guard Box;

Urban Operations Training Facility (UOTF) civil pad;
Industry Briefing
An industry briefing will be conducted for the Invitation to Register
The Industry Brief will be conducted at 11:00am, 02 April 2019 (local Fiji time).
Contractors are to notify and register their attendance to the industry brief to the Tender Administrator no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon), Friday, 29 March 2019 (AESDT).
The Tender Administrator will receipt the Contractors registration and include their details on the Industry Brief attendees register.
The Contractors are to have no more than 2 personnel each attend the Industry Brief.

Building Code 2016
The Building Code 2016 [does not apply]. If the Building Code 2016 applies then by lodging a Registration of Interest, the Applicant will become subject to the Building Code 2016.

WHS Accreditation Scheme

Indigenous Procurement Policy
