Procurement of Dissolution Testing Apparatus for Tablets and Pills
Each tablet dissolution apparatus must include a controlled temperature water bath with capacity for 8 x 1L vessels, capable of maintaining vessel temperature of 37 degrees +/- 0.5 degrees Celsius; and include associated hardware as described in the Requirements.
The equipment must be compatible with an existing Cary 60 UV/Vis spectrophotometer. This unit is currently equipped with a multi-cell changer but has the ability to integrate with other sampling techniques.
Delivery, installation, qualification and training of staff in the use of the apparatus must be included in the tender.
The dissolution apparatus must conform to the specifications of United States Pharmacopeia <711> DISSOLUTION.
It is a Condition of Participation in this RFT that the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
It is a Condition of Participation in this RFT that, at the time of lodgement of the Tender, the Tenderer must not be precluded from tendering for Commonwealth funded building and construction work.
The TGA will not enter into a contract with a Tenderer who has had an adverse court or tribunal decision (not including decisions under appeal) for a breach of workplace relations law, work health and safety law or workers' compensation law and the Tenderer has not fully complied, or is not fully complying, with the order.
The TGA will not enter into a Contract with a Tenderer where the Tenderer, its personnel and/or any Subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not, at the Closing Time, be listed as terrorists under Section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth), or named in the Consolidated List referred to in Regulation 40 of the Charter of the United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008 (Cth).
