Responses to the Request for Tender must include provision of 106 text emergency calls, text-to text based communication options, communication options for those who would prefer to speak their side of the conversation, a communication option for those whose preferred language is Auslan, requirements to ensure that all calls requesting 106 and Triple Zero are handled with the highest priority, requirements to allow for the recording of genuine 106 calls, provision of a helpdesk answering telephone and email enquiries in relation to service access options, details of triple redundancy arrangements in the handling of all calls, proposed hours of operation, details of proposed call centre locations, details of a proposed user registration system, proposed service levels and draft services delivery, business continuity, complaints management, registration system, transition in and risk management plans.
The Commonwealth will exclude a Tender from further consideration if, at any time before a contract is executed, the Commonwealth considers that the Tenderer does not exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
