Scrivener Dam Safety and Surveillance Services 2019-2022

The National Capital Authority (NCA) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide Safety and Surveillance Services, including the provision of specialist advice on dam safety management at Scrivener Dam. An important aspect of this service is to fill the role of Dam Safety Engineer for Scrivener Dam
There is no tender briefing session during the tender period. Questions can be provided to the contact officer up to 20 March 2019 and an addendum will be published to all tenderers.
A complete tender must be provided by close of the tender period. Late tenders will not be considered.
A Transition-In Period has been identified between 10-30 June 2019.
The initial term of this service is 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2022 (3 years).
A possible contract extension of a further three years from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2025 will be considered if the contractor provides a suitable standard of performance. A further term and re-evaluation of rates will be considered in January 2022 and if an agreement can be negotiated, a Deed of Variation exchanged between the parties.
