Establishment of a WoAG Software Licensing and Services Panel – Category 1: Microsoft Licensing Solutions Provider

The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) invites interested parties to submit tenders in response to the requirements set out in Request for Tender (RFT) SLS 0001 – Establishment of a Whole of Australian Government Software Licensing and Services Panel – Category 1: Microsoft Licensing Solutions Provider (MLSP).
There is a requirement for one or more suppliers to provide MLSP Deliverables to the Commonwealth. In the future the panel will be reopened to add additional suppliers and categories. Dates for any additions are not yet set.
The panel will be accessible by all Commonwealth entities including any incorporated entity over which the Commonwealth or a State or Territory exercises control.
The key objective is to ensure ongoing value for money for entities to receive basic and additional value add MLSP Deliverables.

Essential Requirements
a.it is an Essential Requirement that the Tenderer provides a statement and a letter from Microsoft in its Tender which confirms that Microsoft has authorised the Tenderer as a MLSP at the time that the Tenderer submits its Tender (and the Tenderer is therefore able to offer and provide Microsoft Products to Entities as a Reseller, and to enter into Contracts for the supply of those Microsoft Products as the agent of Microsoft); or
b.other confirmation that the Tenderer has reasonable grounds to believe that it will be able to provide such a letter to DTA before the Category 1 Commencement Date.
If the Tenderer fails to meet this Essential Requirement, the Tenderer will not be eligible to become a Panellist.
