The Department of Employment (the Department) is seeking recognised and reputable entities to deliver Services and provide information under the new Commercial Information Reports Panel (CIR Panel) to enable the Department and other Agencies to efficiently and effectively:
a. assess the financial viability of persons or organisations who are Tendering for the Department’s administered programs or programs administered by other Agencies
b. monitor the financial viability of persons or organisations who hold current contracts with the Department
c. conduct administrative procedures, including debt management, auditing and investigation
d. carry out its program delivery and administrative requirements.
Tenderers must have a current and valid Australian Business Number (ABN) at Closing Time.
Tenderers that are a foreign company must be registered under Part 5B.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Tenderers must ensure adequate time is provided to complete the lodgement of their Tender, in its entirety, prior to the Closing Time, including time to address any issues in relation to lodgement that may arise.
The Tenderer must take all steps to ensure that the Tender is free from anything that might reasonably affect useability, the security or the operations of AusTender or the Department’s computing environment.
The CIR Panel will be established for a period of three (3) years, with an anticipated commencement date of 1 November 2017 and completion date of 31 October 2020. The Department may offer, at its sole discretion, to extend this term for up to an additional three (3) years.
