Request for Tender for design, construct, supply, installation and commission of bulk foam storage tanks
Airservices is seeking to establish a standing offer for a suitably qualified contractor to provide bulk foam storage and replenishment system upgrades at multiple Aviation Rescue Fire Fighting Services (ARFFS) fire stations.
Tenderers must direct any questions regarding the Request for Tender (RFT) to the following email address: procurement_ARFF@airservicesaustralia.com.
The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, in conjunction with the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, August 2009, applies to this project.
The following are conditions for participation for this RFT:
(a) The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the RFT must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth);
(b) That Tenderers comply with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry (Code) and the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines, August 2009 (Guidelines) and that, at the time of lodgement of the tender, the Tenderer must not be;
(i) Precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work; or
(ii) Subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements, not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim.
If a Tenderer’s Response fails to meet the above conditions for participation for this RFT Airservices Australia will exclude the Response from further consideration.
