The successful Supplier will provide:

  • A calibrated and stress tested transient groundwater flow model constructed in accordance with currently accepted guidelines (NWC, 2012)* .
  • A report in an accessible digital format outlining the development of the model including details and characteristics of the model such as key assumptions, methods used, discretisation, boundary conditions, calibration performance, sensitivity analysis, data gaps and identification of limitations and uncertainties associated with the model.
  • A data package containing all digital files associated with the model in a suitable format.

A the Tenderer and subcontractors must not be bankrupt or insolvent;

B the Tenderer and subcontractors must not have had significant deficiencies in performance of any substantive requirement or obligation under a prior contract;

C the Tenderer and its subcontractors must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth). (For Australian companies only);

D The Tenderer and its subcontractors must not be listed as a designated entity by the Minister for Foreign Affairs by notice in the Gazette under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 (Cth);

E the Tenderer and its subcontractors must not have any unpaid claims against them (excluding those subject to appeal) in respect of judicial decisions relating to employee entitlements;

F the Tenderer and its subcontractors must respect freedom of association and the right to representation. Specifically, the Tenderer must allow employees to be able to make a free and informed choice about whether to join a union and be represented at work.

G The model must be built on a Modflow Platforms
H Reports and model documentation must be written in professional English.

I All reports and model files must be supplied in accordance with the licencing conditions specified for the Bioregional Assessment Programme –Intellectual property rights in all Project Agreement Material vests in the Australian Government on creation with the BoM exercising custodianship on behalf of the Australian Government.
