Description:

Procurement of a Masters and Academic Support component of the new ASEAN-Australia Defence Postgraduate Scholarship Program. Non-academic elements of the program, including the administration of travel, accommodation and student welfare issues, will be managed separately by the Department of Defence and/or its contractors as appropriate

An Industry Briefing will be held on Wednesday 30 May 2018.

Tenderers are to send an RSVP to email ASEAN.mail@defence.gov.au by Friday 25 May 2018. The location and time of the briefing will be sent out upon receipt of RSVP. Please direct all questions to the same email address.

The RSVP is to include the expected number attending for your organisation and questions. Tenderers may ask questions at the Industry Briefing, but should understand such questions may be taken on notice and answers issued in an addendum.

All questions must be presented to the Industry Briefing Coordinator in writing.

Conditions for Participation:

Tenders (including all attachments, annexes and supporting documentation), are to be written in English.

All measurements in tenders are to be expressed in Australian legal units of measurement unless otherwise specified.

Tenders are to include a PDF copy of the Tenderer's Deed of Understanding in the form of Annex A duly signed by the tenderer.
