e-Recruitment Management System (eRMS)
The Commonwealth seeks to engage a Contractor to provide the Department of Defence with a currently available off the shelf (COTS) e-Recruitment Management System (eRMS), capable of catering to the individual needs and constraints of Defence business throughout Australia and overseas locations, including recruitment of permanent and temporary civilian employees.
The Contractor shall perform activities necessary to:
a. Provide cloud-based Recruiting software;
b. Provide Ongoing Operations Support;
c. Provide Account Management Support;
d. Offer to provide all Product Enhancements;
e. Provide Infrastructure Technical (IT) Support;
f. Provide additional professional services; and
g. Actively participate in Transition arrangements and Handover of Services.
Additionally, the Contractor will transition, manage, design, develop, configure, install, test, deploy and maintain the eRMS.
Industry Briefing:
An industry briefing will be conducted at Alastair Swayn Theatre, Brindabella Conference Centre. 33-35 Brindabella Circuit, Brindabella Business Park, Canberra Airport commencing at 10 am (ACT local time) on Wednesday, 4 July 2018.
Representatives of prospective tenderers at the briefing will be limited to 2 personnel. Nominations to attend the briefing are to be forwarded in writing to the Contact Officer by 12 noon (ACT local time) on Thursday, 28 June 2018.
Demonstration & referee check:
The Commonwealth may develop a shortlist of tenderers at any time during the evaluation process. A demonstration may be required of shortlisted tenderers. Shortlisted tenderers will be notified of the Time and Date for demonstrations after the close of the RFT. Defence may, at its sole discretion, contact referees nominated by the shortlisted Tenderer without notice to the tenderer.
Tenders (including all attachments, annexes and supporting documentation) are to be written in English.
All measurements in tenders are to be expressed in Australian legal units of measurement unless otherwise specified.
Tenders are to include a PDF copy of the Tenderer’s Deed of Undertaking in the form of Annex A duly signed by the tenderer.
Tenderers must provide the completed Pricing Schedule using the Excel Spreadsheet at Appendix 1 to Annex C of the COT.
Tenderers must also provide the completed response to the Technical and Functional requirements using the Excel Spreadsheets at Annexes B and C to the SOW
