Description:

This work covers the production of Lead Shielding Culverts to be used as biological shielding of gamma radiation in a neutron research facility. As part of this supply the following shall be provided:

1.1 Manufacture of the CG2B Lead Shielding Culverts in the quantities outlined in Specification & Drawing (Attachments A & D)

1.2 Manufacture of the CG2B Lead Shielding Culverts to the specifications and tolerances described herein and in the associated engineering drawing.

1.3 Paint specified surfaces in a two part epoxy and stamp information as described on the associated drawing.

1.4 Perform and document Load Lift Testing as outlined herein to ensure the integrity of the internal lifting frame prior to dispatch from the manufacturer.

1.5 Supporting documentation verifying the materials used in construction including chemical composition of the lead used.

1.6 Delivery of the CG2B Lead Shielding Culverts to the ANSTO site
