Environmental Monitoring for the Douglas Shoal Remediation Project
(a) The Services are set out in the Statement of Requirement.
(b) GBRMPA is seeking to select one Contractor for the provision of the Services. However, GBRMPA reserves its right to select any number of Contractors, or no contractors for the Services.
(c) Tenderers must nominate a Baseline Program for the delivery of the Services, and may also separately propose Additional Program Options. The Baseline Program must address all Services specified in section 4 of the Statement of Requirement.
(d) The Baseline Program is the minimum tasks and resources that the Tenderer believes are necessary, in its professional opinion, to deliver the Services as specified in the Statement of Requirement with an acceptable level of scientific rigour and certainty.
(e) Additional Program Options are any additional tasks the Tenderer could undertake which would, in the Tenderer’s professional opinion, provide improved scientific rigour and certainty while also delivering value for money for GBRMPA. There is no requirement for Tenderers to propose any Additional Program Options.
