Mechanical Water Cooling System Replacement
The Project encompasses the demolition and removal of the existing chillers along with the supply, installation/ minor construction works and commissioning of the new chillers at each of the respective locations.
The Contractor is to carry out the following:
(a) Demolition, removal and appropriate disposal of the existing chiller systems;and
(b) Supply, installation, construction works and commissioning of the new chillers at each of the respective locations.
Tenderers must direct any questions regarding the Request for Tender (RFT) to the following email address:

Airservices Australia will hold a mandatory site inspection and briefing session in relation to this RFT on Friday, 26 May 2017 in Brisbane at 9am and Monday, 29 May 2017 in Melbourne at 9am [Refer Annexure A, Item 4 of the RFT]
The following are mandatory requirements for Tenders to this RFT:
(a) (a) The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth);
(b) Details and evidence provided confirming that the Tenderer is accredited under the Federal Safety Commission OHS Scheme and/ or is in the process of obtaining such accreditation and will achieve accreditation by the contract commencement date as detailed in Part 3 Statement of Requirement of the RFT;
(c) Attendance at the scheduled Site Visit and Briefing Session as outlined in Annexure A, Item 4.
A failure to meet these conditions for participation will mean that the Tenderer’s Tender will be automatically excluded from the evaluation process.
