The National Archives of Australia is seeking responses from organisations with a proven track record in providing cleaning, waste handling, hygiene and recycling solutions to provide this service at the National Archives Chester Hill Facility for a period of four yours including options.
The services will comprise of but not be limited to:
Routine cleaning of the building interiors,
Non-routine cleaning, e.g. specific cleaning tasks following an incident, major meetings and/or events;
Litter and waste collection and handling, recycling management and disposal services;
Sanitary disposal including the supply and/or replacement of receptacles;
Provision of environmentally friendly cleaning consumables and products, including the procurement, stocking and replenishment of sanitary items, bin liners, liquid soaps, paper towels and toilet paper;
Reporting of all waste and recycling statistics;
Other cleaning as required.
The Customer will exclude from consideration any Response that does not meet the following Mandatory Conditions for Participation:
The National Archives of Australia (Archives) will not consider a part tender for the Services. Proposed Suppliers must offer a full solution that delivers the breadth of the requirements set out in this ATM.
Where a tendered solution involves more than one commercial entity in its delivery, a single entity must be nominated to act as the sole legal entity with which the Archives may enter into a contract for the delivery of the solution.
The Proposed Supplier must provide the names of proposed specified personnel and their qualifications and details of their experience in their response.
This includes the:
Permanent cleaner,
Back-up cleaner
Cleaning Supervisor.
These personnel must be experienced and trained to Certificate II or III level or greater in accordance with Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) training framework requirement. The nominated specified personnel must be Australian Citizens.
The Archives may request to sight copies of the qualifications, citizenship details and resumes.
The Proposed Supplier and any subcontractors proposed in the Tender must not be named by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency as an employer currently not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012
Site inspection and Industry Briefing
Potential Suppliers who do not attend the industry briefing, detailed at A.A.1, will be excluded from consideration.
Commencing 1st September 2017 - 13 month contract with 2 options totalling 36 months (3 years)
