The criteria to be applied for the purposes of evaluation are as follows, not in any order of importance:
a. the extent to which the Response demonstrates the Respondent's understanding of, and capability and capacity to
meet, the Statement of Requirement;
b. the Respondent's financial and corporate viability;
c. the Respondent's demonstrated experience and past performance;
d. the proposed corporate structure and contracting structure of, or proposed by, the Respondent including any
proposed Subcontractors, to meet the Statement of Requirement, and the assessed level of associated risk to the
Commonwealth; and
e. the extent to which the Respondent's proposal will engage Australian Industry Capability and develop Australian
Industry sustainment capability.

Defence is approaching the market to engage a contractor with asset management skills to manage the provision of material support (engineering, maintenance, supply and training) to the RAN's fleet of Offshore Patrol Vessels that are due to enter service in late 2021.
