Instructions on how to open the aem file are contained within the RFT document and Apet eResponse task card provided as part of the tender documents
:
- The Tenderer and subcontractors must not be bankrupt or insolvent;
- The Tenderer and subcontractors must not have had significant deficiencies in performance of any substantive requirement or obligation under a prior contract;
