ABC Mechanical Services Maintenance

The ABC requests submissions for a contract for the maintenance of Mechanical Services at ABC Properties throughout Australia. The contract will be for planned/routine and reactive maintenance and is aimed at minimising operational costs whilst continuing to preserve essential functionality, complying with statutory health, safety and environmental obligations, and rectifying faults before consequential damage incurs additional cost or loss of operational capability.
The ABC's preference is for comprehensive bids for all services at all listed ABC sites. The ABC will consider bids for services in some State(s) and/or Territory(s)
Any quotation which does not comply with the requirements of this Specification or which contains provisions not required by the Specification shall be considered nonconforming and may be rejected without further analysis. The ABC reserves the right to consider and accept non-conforming tenders.Tenders shall remain valid and capable for acceptance for 90 days after the date upon which quotations close and during that time no quotation shall be able to be withdrawn or amended except with the written consent of the ABC. Quotations shall be submitted using the attached Quotation Form & Schedules issued with this Specification and no quotation will be considered formal unless so submitted.Respondents must include:
a) Completed Quotation Forms & Schedules issued with this Specification;
b) A brief Letter of introduction including company profile, organisational structure, competency to undertake the Works and brief description of proposed maintenance management system including sample service sheets, maintenance reports, condition reports etc;
c) Evidence of company quality assurance, work health and safety and environmental systems and excerpts of policies, licenses, certificates of competency or other permits issued by relevant authorities;
d) Relevant insurance certificates of currency;
e) Completion of Statement of Non-Compliance issued with this Specification detailing any non-compliance with any clauses in this Specification. Failure by the Respondent to make clear the extent of compliance or non-compliance with any clause may be interpreted as failure to comply with the requirements concerned when assessing the relative merits of the Quotations.
f) Company terms and conditions of agreement;
g) Any other supporting documentation and qualifications of offer that the Respondent considers appropriate with the Quotation.
Three year contract with 2 * 12 month extension options at ABC discretion.
