The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) requires the services of an events management provider to assist in the planning, delivery and management of a two (possibly three) day conference on a theme relevant to the Australian and international higher education sectors.
The conference is to be held in Melbourne in the fourth quarter of 2019 and 2020, and TEQSA anticipates attendance of approximately 800 delegates – although the successful tenderer should have the capacity to manage a 15 per cent increase from the estimated delegate numbers if required.
The conference proceedings will comprise of (at a minimum) keynote presentations, plenary, concurrent and panel sessions with at least two social events (welcome reception and conference dinner).
• The successful tenderer must not be excluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work or specifically excluded from participating in this tender process.

Year one: Delivery of event management services will commence in the second quarter of 2019, with the conference to be held in the last quarter of 2019.
Year two: Delivery of event management services will commence in the second quarter of 2020, with the conference to be held in the last quarter of 2020.
