Provision of Stratigraphic Drilling Services
Geoscience Australia is seeking a contractor for the provision of stratigraphic drilling and associated services to support a collaborative research project between Geoscience Australia, the Geological Survey of New South Wales, the Geological Survey of Queensland and the geoscience research community.
The purpose of the project is to undertake scientific investigations to develop a better understanding of the basement rocks of the Southern Thomson region to support a precompetitive geoscience program to encourage future mineral exploration activity.
Accordingly, Geoscience Australia invites suitably qualified contractors to submit a tender for the Requirement sought by this RFT.

Commencing ASAP, the anticipated timeframe for the contract is 5 months (excluding Shutdown Periods) from the commencement date of the contract, with the possibility of up to three one month extensions.
