Personnel of the successful Tenderer will be required to be security cleared. These requirements are specified in the RFT.
The Respondent (or any of its proposed Subcontractors) must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth); The Respondent (or any of its proposed Subcontractors) must not be named on the list of persons or entities designated as terrorist under the Charter of the United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008; The Tenderer must confirm that neither it, nor any proposed Subcontractor, has a judicial decision against it relating to employee entitlements that is not under appeal or unpaid.
8 May 2018 to 7 May 2020 (with provision for up to 36 months extension)
