The Women’s Leadership Initiative (the ‘Project’) will engage with Australia Awards scholars who are currently in Australia to develop their leadership skills and capability and connect them with female leaders in Australia. The first five-year phase, to which this Tender applies, will focus on scholars from the Pacific.
The Project has three (3) end of program outcomes:
- Female Australia Awards graduates have more confidence, skills, capabilities and knowledge for leadership
-More Australia Awards graduates are supporting women’s leadership, including through their participation in networks and coalitions.
Female Australia Awards graduates have connected with women leaders in Australia.
