Improve and maintain the environmental conditions within the museum Reduce energy consumption.
Upgrade of the network to support the new systems.
Review current control functional description and provide new control sequences to optimise performance and energy consumption.
Optimise the performance of existing plant equipment.
Provide detailed reports, alarms and exception alarms/reports to reduce energy use and to help in delivering savings to the operational budget.
To provide a software platform that offers a scalable architecture and includes the option of a comprehensive software package for access control & CCTV Provide remote access to the BMCS and remote alarms through the museums IT network.

Vendors must demonstrate that they currently hold, or are able to obtain the following insurances
Public Liability Insurance - $10M
Professional Indemnity Insurance - $1M
Contract Works Insurance
Workers Compensation Insurance.
The Tenderer has demonstrated financial corporate stability for a minimum period of three years;
The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the closing time.
