The ACIC will conduct this RFP process in three stages, the first stage will require interested respondents to sign a Deed of confidentiality. Once these Deeds have been received the Second stage will entail the ACIC providing a detailed statement of requirements to participating respondents. The Third stage will be a limited approach to the market to the respondents short listed from the previous stages.
