The ACIC will conduct this RFP process in three stages, the first stage will require interested respondents to sign a Deed of confidentiality. Once these Deeds have been received the Second stage will entail the ACIC providing a detailed statement of requirements to participating respondents. The Third stage will be a limited approach to the market to the respondents short listed from the previous stages.

The EUDO Project intends to deliver a technical solution to manage electronic end user declaration (EUD) required for the purchasing controlled precursor chemicals and equipment and for the importation of controlled substances (raw materials). The technical solution shall provide a capability for police to monitor the sale and supply of controlled precursor chemicals and equipment in Australia and for the Drug Control Section (DCS) within the Office of Drug Control (ODC) Department of Health to monitor the submission of EUDs for import permit application.
