Expressions of interest are invited for the provision of leased office and warehouse accommodation for:
• 15,000sqm*-21,000sqm* made up of approx. 6,000sqm* office accommodation and 12,000 - 15,000sqm* warehouse accommodation. Single site preferred, however a suitable combination of office or warehouse space will be considered.
• Site to be located within 15km of East Arm Wharf, with access to major transport corridor to Darwin Airport and public transport.
• Initial lease term of ten (10) years, with two (2) options of five (5) years each required.
• Secure undercover parking for 48 operational vehicles required onsite, with access to additional 100 staff car parking spaces in close proximity to site. *(approx.)

The Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme establishedby the Fair Work (Building Industry) Act 2012 (Cth) (Scheme) may also apply to the project. Ifthe Scheme applies, it is a requirement of this project that persons contracted to carry out thebuilding work must be accredited under the Scheme at the time of entering into the contract forthe building work and while the building work is being carried out. Further information about theScheme and whether it applies to the project is included in the Project Documents
