Description:

This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of Associate Delivery Partners Services (suitably qualified Suppliers) able to provide the following Required Capabilities:

Facilitation

Design, deliver and facilitate AIPM programs with a demonstrated proficiency in a range of specific skillsets;

and/or
Evaluation

Design, develop and utilise evaluation tools for supporting AIPM development activities that are capable of enhancing the AIPM's reputation as a leading innovator in public sector executive leadership development.

Conditions for Participation:

The Lead Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier it considers, at the time of lodgement of the Tender response:

a) (the Tenderer) does not exist as a legal entity; or

b) (the Tenderer) is not solvent or financially viable.

The AFP will not enter into a contract with Service Providers who have has a judicial decision against it (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim. Tenderers are required to provide confirmation of this issue.
