Establishment of a Capability Support Services Panel
The Capability Support Services Panel will be divided into six (6) different Service Categories as follows:

Service Category One: Business Management Services

Service Category Two: Procurement and Contracting Services

Service Category Three: Operational Capability Supplementation Services

Service Category Four: Labour Hire and Recruitment Support Services

Service Category Five: Engineering and Technical Services

Service Category Six: Learning and Development Services
Each Service Category will be made up of one or more Services. Tenderers may Tender for all of a Service Category, or all of a Service within a Service Category, but Tenders for part of a Service within a Service Category will not be accepted.
The AFP will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that, at the time of lodgement of the Tender,
(a) the Tenderer does not exist as a legal entity (see clause 2.3); or
(b) is not solvent or financially viable.
The AFP will not enter into a contract with a Tenderer who has had a judicial decision against it (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and has not satisfied any resulting order.
