Defence Housing Australia (DHA) are seeking to relocate their Head Office and Canberra Regional Office to the Gungahlin Town Centre and are undertaking a two-stage procurement process to lease commercial office accommodation. The First-Stage, an Expression of Interest (EOI), will identify suitably qualified and experienced Respondents who own or control site/s in the Gungahlin Town Centre which are suitable for office accommodation in accordance with the requirements of the EOI. Subject to the outcome of the first-stage, DHA may conduct a Request for Tender.
Minimum Content and Requirement:
· Contractor's Statutory Declaration;
· Compliance with the WHS Act 2011
· Acceptable formats are PDF, Microsoft Office and/or compressed (zipped) in ".zip" only;
· Responses, including all attachments and supporting data, must be in English
