Description:

The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is developing a national digital identity strategy and solution/s, currently known as the Govpass program. The aim of the program is to make it easier for people to prove who they are when using government services; so a client’s identity can be verified once and reused across all level of government and the private sector.

This Request for Tender (“RFT”) seeks tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations capable of delivering Liveness capture on mobile, tablet and PC devices. Provision of software and services should be tailored to the specific needs of the DTA Whole of Government Digital Identity Ecosystem, known as the Govpass program.
