Infrastructure and Logistics Services for Commemorative Events in France, Turkey and Australia
DVA is seeking to engage a suitably qualified organisation(s) with proven capability to provide infrastructure and logistics to support the conduct of commemorative events in one or more of the following three (3) geographic locations:

Villers-Bretonneux, France (Anzac Day);

Gallipoli, Turkey (Anzac Day); and

Australia (significant anniversaries and commemorations at various locations, determined annually in advance).
DVA is seeking innovative responses that address improvements in the way in which the service requirements can be consolidated and streamlined to provide for improved service delivery and greater service efficiencies.
As noted in the REOI documentation, delivery of future requirements will require flexibility and capability for scalability.
The respondent must be a non-individual legal entity, such as an incorporated company, a trust where the trustee is an incorporated entity and the trust deed provisions are acceptable to DVA, or an incorporated association, at the time of submitting a response to this REOI.
2 years encompassing Anzac Days in 2020 and 2021, with options for up to three additional one year periods (2022, 2023 and 2024)
