Description:

Airservices Procurement & Supplier Relationship Services Branch requires the provision of commercial and advisory support and delivery of work packages to support the objectives of the Branch.

Airservices is seeking proposals from the market for how Suppliers could best meet Airservices requirements in regards to commercial support.

Further information on Airservices requirements is outlined in Schedule 1 of RFP 210772340.

Once Airservices has received these details, you will be invited to register with Airservices’ Ariba Supplier Network platform within one (1) – three (3) business days. You must complete the supplier registration questionnaire no later than five (5) business days before the approach to market closing time otherwise you may not be able to submit a proposal.

If you have an existing account within Ariba Supplier network, you may choose to use your existing account instead of signing-up for new account.

After the completion of registration, Airservices will send you the invitation to participate in this RFP 210772340. You must submit your proposal through your Ariba Supplier Network account. Please note that participating in this procurement process through the Ariba network is free of cost.

Conditions for Participation:

The following are condition for participation for this RFP:

(a) The Supplier and any subcontractors proposed in the Proposal must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).

(b) The Supplier and any subcontractor proposed in the Supplier’s Proposal are not named on the Consolidated List, being the list of persons and entities who are subject to targeted financial sanctions or travel bans under Australian sanction laws, as maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at http://dfat.gov.au/international-relations/security/sanctions/Pages/consolidated-list.aspx.
