Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services
Airservices requires the provision of grounds maintenance services at its sites across Australia.
Tenderers may submit a Tender for some or all of the following clusters:
• ACT/NSW;
• VIC/TAS;
• NT/SA;
• QLD; and
• WA.
Tenderers must however Tender for all services and sites within a cluster.
Please note that site visits will be held for this RFT. Tenderers are to follow the instructions in section 1 item 12 of the RFT to register interest in attending by COB Thursday 28 March 2019.
A checklist is provided at Schedule 3 of the RFT to guide Tenderers through the submission process.
This procurement will be conducted using Airservices' SAP Ariba system. In order to participate in this RFT, please submit the below details by email to the Contact Address listed on the RFT:

Once Airservices has received these details, you will be invited to register with Airservices Ariba Supplier Network platform within one (1) – three (3) business days.
You must complete the Supplier Registration Questionnaire prior to the RFT Closing Time.
If you have an existing account within the Ariba Supplier network, you may choose to use your existing account instead of signing-up for a new account. You must submit your Tender through your Ariba Supplier Network account. Please note that participating in this procurement process through the Ariba network is free of cost.
(a) The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the Tenderer’s Tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
(b) The Tenderer and any subcontractors in the Tenderer’s Tender must not be named on the Consolidated List, being the list of persons and entities who are subject to targeted financial sanctions or travel bans under Australian sanction laws, as maintained by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade at http://dfat.gov.au/international-relations/security/sanctions/Pages/consolidated-list.aspx.
