Description:

The System Piping Obstacle Crossing (SPOC) will need to provide a means to support the transfer of fuel through the In-line Pipeline Distribution System (IPDS) across obstacles encountered in the operation environment. Such obstacles can be small water bodies, roads, soft surfaces and small cliffs.
