Cyber Security Package

The Department seeks to engage a supplier to design, develop and deliver materials that will allow BAs to better support the performance of Australian SMEs in the critical area of Cyber Security. These materials are to include the tools and techniques that BAs need for their Business Evaluation (BE) process as well as providing insights and stories to motivate small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The Cyber Security materials must meet the needs of, and in a language suitable for Australian SMEs, and provide BAs with an enhanced capability to assess the relevance and impact of cyber security when working with SMEs. The materials must reflect the BE Framework, the Action Plan fundamentals and the Scope for a quality BE.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
The tenderer confirms that in dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply with Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and relevant work health and safety laws.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
The anticipated timeframe for the contract is 6 months.
