DVA is seeking the provision of After Hours Calls services for the Defence Service Homes Insurance Scheme (DHIS).

The DSHIS provides home building insurance to eligible veterans and Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel under the Defence Services Homes Act 1918. DSHIS also provides other personal lines of insurance as an authorised representative of QBE Insurance (Australia).

DSHIS staff attend to clients telephone calls during normal business hours across all states. This RFT relates to telephone assistance services that are outside normal business hours.

From the date the Agreement is signed by both parties to 30 June 2019. DSHIS has two options to extend for periods up to a total of 24 months.
