Description:

The Australian Department of Social Services is seeking a Supplier with the capability to:

1. design and develop a new Carer Coaching Service, including managing a pilot of this service; and

2. design and develop an In-Person Peer Support Service for carers.

Once designed, developed, and delivered by the successful Tenderer, both services will be used by the Regional Delivery Partners (RDPs) within the Integrated Carer Support Service (ICSS).

The Department is seeking a single Supplier (or prime Tenderer in a consortium bid) for the whole scope of services.

Conditions for Participation:

Tenderers must, at the Tender Closing Time, meet the following Conditions for Participation in order for their Tenders to be considered:

1. The Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time and Date; and

2. The Tenderer must submit the Tender as a single legal entity which would enter into any resultant Contract with the Department.

Timeframe for Delivery:

The services are expected to start June 2018 and be provided in-full by the end of June 2020.
