PROCUREMENT OF PANELISTS FOR THE PROVISION OF OPPORTUNITY BASED SEARCH AND RESCUE SERVICES TO THE AUSTRALIAN MARITIME SAFETY AUTHORITY
Please note that this ATM is a re-release of the Original 17AMSA199 tender in order to allow an opportunity for new providers to join this panel. Current Panellists DO NOT need to re-apply for provision of these services, however may take this opportunity to tender with any new/updated appropriate craft.
Tenderers must meet the following conditions for participation in this ATM:
a. Meet the conditions pursuant to Schedule 1 – Statement of Requirements Clause 2.3 - Operational Requirements Specific to Each Category;
b. The Applicant must not be bankrupt or insolvent or have traded insolvent in the last 12 months;
c. The Applicant agrees to sign a contract based on the relevant draft contract and any proposed subcontractors agree to sign a subcontractor deed in the form attached to the draft contract;
d. The Applicant must meet the Australian Government Policies set out in Clause 1.6 of Part B

e. The Applicant must not have had a judicial decision against it relating to employee entitlements where it has not paid the claim; and
f. The Applicant has correctly and accurately filled out all the forms, comprising company, aircraft and facilities sheets.
Any Tender which does not comply with all the conditions for participation set out in clause 2.5.1 will be excluded from consideration.
