The evaluation method to be used is outlined in Part C of the RFT. A maximum of three (3) Tenderers will be selected to participate in the POC. The evaluation criteria for Stage 2, to deliver the Case Management and Customer Relationship Management Solution, is not yet known. It is envisaged that the POC will inform the criteria used for stage 2. All Tenderers who participated in the POC will be invited to submit quotes and the criteria will be provided at the time Tenderers are invited to provide quotations.

To ensure it is able to meet emerging and future needs, AUSTRAC is approaching the market to identify a scalable and robust enterprise Case Management and Customer Relationship Management Solution that has the potential to underpin AUSTRAC’s regulatory and intelligence functions for the next 10-15 years.

AUSTRAC is seeking a solution which requires minimal development and is easily configurable. New, untried and untested solutions, whilst of general interest, are unlikely to be meet AUSTRAC’s requirements.

The enterprise Case Management and Customer Relationship Management Solution will implement and support AUSTRAC processes in a standardised and repeatable manner across AUSTRAC and deliver efficiencies both in terms of the resources expenditure and time taken from referral through to finalisation. The enterprise Case Management and Customer Relationship Management Solution will supersede the capability provided by the existing systems as well as a number of standalone applications.

Tenderers must, at the Tender Closing Time, meet the following Condition/s for Participation in order for their Tenders to be considered:

:

The Proof of Concept (POC) stage is anticipated to commence in May 2019 and run for a 3 month period. The Tenderers who participated in the POC will be invited to tender for stage 2 in August 2019

The resulting contract is anticipated to commence in December 2019 and be in place for a 3 year period.
