APVMA is seeking an accommodation solution which provides between 2,000 – 3,200 square metres of A Grade quality leased office accommodation in either an existing building or a new building. If a new building or refurbishments are proposed, practical completion of both base building, integrated fit-out, (or if the APVMA elects to procure its own fit-out, then practical completion of that fit-out), would be required no later than early June 2019 for staged relocation and for APVMA to be fully operational by this time.
a. must exist as a legal entity as at the Closing Date;
b. must not have been precluded from tendering for Australian Government funded work;
c. must not be subject to a judicial decision against the Respondent relating to employee entitlements;
d. must not be named as non-compliant under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012;
e. must not have any adverse judgments against it with respect to Work Health and Safety laws, is subject to an order from any Court or Tribunal decisions relating to a breach of workplace relations law, Work Health and Safety laws or workers’ compensation law with which the Respondent has not fully complied;
f. must not be listed as a designated entity by the Minister for Foreign Affairs by notice in the Gazette under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 or who intend to engage subcontractors who are listed as a designated entity by the Minister for Foreign Affairs by notice in the Gazette under section 15 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945.
