Operational Voice Communications Solution
The AFP seeks responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of an integrated solution comprising:
(a) a Push-to-Talk (PTT) capability over APCO (P25) and commercial carrier networks (LTE); and
(b) associated and appropriate portable/mobile P25 and PTT over LTE devices to support this capability,
that is fully integrated with the AFP's future-state radio network. Also, the final Solution will enable interoperability with AFP partner jurisdictions.
1. The AFP will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that, at the time of lodgement of the Tender, the Tenderer:
(a) does not exist as a legal entity (see RFT clause 2.3); or
(b) is not solvent or financially viable.
2. The AFP will not enter into a contract with a Tenderer that:
(a) has had a judicial decision against it (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim; or
(b) if the Building Code (as defined in RFT clause 2.28) applies to the Services proposed in their Tender, is not compliant with the Building Code at the time a contract is to be entered.
3. Tenderers are required to provide confirmation of the matters in RFT clause 2.1.2 are in their Tender.
