Description:

The Department of Social Services seeks responses from suitably qualified and experienced companies for the supply of converged infrastructure (for lease or purchase) and related services by the Department of Social Services.

Conditions for Participation:

Tenderers must, at the Tender Closing Time, meet each of the following Conditions for Participation in order for their Tenders to be considered:

a. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity (see paragraph 10.9.7 of Part B); and

b. the Tenderer fully complies with each of the “Mandatory” requirements specified in Response Schedule 3, Attachment A (Detailed Statement of Requirement).
