The RAN requires up to three Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) RAN 7.2--J3 Training Simulators
The RAN Boatswain Faculty requires up to three 7.2 RHIB Simulators configured to the RAN 7.2—J3 RHIB currently in service throughout the RAN. The supplier will be contracted to supply 1 RHIB Simulator (Unit 1) with the supply of the other two units (Unit 2 and Unit 3) being optional, the ordering of which will be at the Commonwealth’s discretion.
These RHIB Simulators need to be able to be operated by RAN Boatswain Faculty staff (Instructors) when in use and replicate the J3 RHIB Console including the Boat Coxswain Station, For example: Seat and area around the Coxswain
