HMAS Watson Redevelopment Project - Request for Tender - Managing Contractor Contract (MCC-1 2003)

The Services include design and related services in respect of the following Works:
· new training facilities;
· upgrade and refurbishment of existing facilities, including working accommodation, physical fitness facilities, messing facilities, training facilities and living-in accommodation;
· upgrade of existing services and in-ground infrastructure; and
· new services and in-ground infrastructure,
to meet HMAS Watson’s operational and support capabilities.

WHS Accreditation Scheme

The on-site Works are anticipated to commence in January 2019 with Completion in or before March 2023.
