Provide a roadmap for a modern, standardised, flexible, and integrated Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A) capability solution for IP Australia.
The BI&A solution is required to deliver/support the following core business capabilities across IP Australia: standardised enterprise reporting, simple ad-hoc reporting, trend analysis and forecasting, data mining and econometric research and statistical analysis.

The roadmap will be the key input to a second approach to market for the implementation of the solution.
