This panel was established via an RFI process conducted by the ATO Workforce Supply & Procure2Pay Solutions team to supplement the ATO's current Labour Hire Panel (13.23) & Recruitment Services Panel (11.267).

It was established with the intent to provide a streamlined procurement process to enable the ATO to engage with Indigenous Businesses in accordance with the recently introduced Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP).
