Title:

Property Services Coordinated Procurement to the Commonwealth of Australia

Description:

The Department of Finance has established a Standing Offer Notice for the Property Services Coordinated Procurement arrangements (the Arrangements). Under the Arrangements Finance appointed three property services providers to provide leasing services and facilities management services (exclusive services) and a range of additional services (non-exclusive services) to the Commonwealth.

Coordinated procurement arrangements are mandatory for Non-corporate Commonwealth Entities (NCEs) subject to the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (Cth) (PGPA Act). Corporate Commonwealth Entities subject to the PGPA Act may also opt in to the Arrangements.

Each NCE has been allocated a property service provider that will provide core services. CCEs will be allocated a property service provider if and when they opt into the Arrangements. Entities may approach any providers under the Arrangements for non-exclusive services.
