Legal Support Services is a separate service for the procurement of legal staff in labour-hire type arrangements from legal services providers.

Legal services providers are appointed to the panel for one or a number of Practice Areas, each with associated schedules of rates.

Area of law 1 – Workplace and industrial relations

Area of law 2 – Property and environment

Area of law 3 – Public law

Area of law 4 – Litigation specialisation

Area of law 5 – Corporate and commercial

Area of law 5 – Legal support services

Only legal services providers established under the oversight of state or territory law societies were eligible to tender.
