Cost-benefit analysis of options to manage non-road diesel engine emissions in Australia
Show close time for other time zones
We are seeking a cost-benefit analysis of measures to manage noxious emissions from non-road diesel engines (NRDE). NRDE equipment is used in a wide range of applications such as construction, mining, agriculture, marine and general industrial applications. The analysis will require modelling of emissions, population exposure, health impacts and industry impacts.
Noxious emissions from diesel engine exhaust have negative health impacts and NRDE emissions are currently unregulated in Australia. Evaluating the potential for a national approach to manage NRDE emissions is a priority under the National Clean Air Agreement.
Delivery of the Services is time sensitive (see Schedule 1, Statement of Requirement). Tenders may propose alternative timelines, however timely completion of the service is an evaluation criterion for this service
The Tender must not be a joint Tender and the Tenderer must exist as a legal entity at the ATM Closing Time
